Name - Ray "goddamnit" Macula

Ray was never born, per say; rather, he was always around in minute quantities. He took physical form in the year of Our Lord, Ronald Reagan, 1980. Since then Ray has plagued the world with such horrors as soda machines which refuse to accept dollar bills; the dollar coin; and lemming punk rockers.

He wanted to go to college to major in retirement, but that was right out. So, like all the great head cases before him, he majored in Psychology. During his sentence he eventually began his own cartoon, Dementia World, to rival Day-To-Day..

An old ally and ailment to Ryan Livingston, he got on the NWOt war wagon as soon as it was constructed. Ray finally escaped the evil place known as college in 2002, and decided to help Ryan launch the mighty ship New World Otter. And thus, merrily merrily we conquer the world...
